Here the boundaries between ‘reviewing & fixing’ and good old-fashioned ‘consulting’ get somewhat blurred. Using very focussed workshop & consulting methodologies in intensive telephone/video conferencing, we will toss your ideas around and draw out your reasoning (if needs be, we’ll come to you). Then, we will build your presentation from scratch. We are normally somewhat adverse of offering this service, as it takes on board the risk of scope creep and we like to keep things focussed at all times. Nevertheless, clients ask us to do it so we do recognise the validity and necessity of this service. Here’s what we’ll cover, based on your ideas:

• We’ll jointly establish the context, intended business goal & audience for your presentation need as well as the basis of your proposition.
• We’ll develop the flow, structure (hypothesis = situation + complication + solution) & logic of your presentation, geared towards the intended goal and audience.
• We’ll work with you to identify the required content for your presentation.
• We’ll write-up the individual slides in your presentation. We will produce slides that sit logically in the overall flow of the argumentation as well as making individual sense.
• We’ll design the visuals, graphics and multimedia elements in your presentation. We will use high quality photography or graphics or produce tailor-made, high impact graphics where needed.
• We’ll design the template & slide design, taking your corporate identity requirements into account.
• Well test the delivery of your presentation. We’ll run the presentation through a projector for a small audience of experienced professionals, testing whether the makeover makes sense to those who are total strangers to the content.

This service is done on a day rate basis of €1,100/day (ex. VAT, travel, lodging, expenses) (≈ £750 or $1,300). On average, bespoke presentation production can take anywhere between three to ten days of billable work as this is highly depending on what is required, so this will set you back anywhere between €3,300 (≈ £2,900 or $3,000) and €11,000 (≈ £7,600 or $13,500), averaging in our experience at €6,600 (≈ £4,600 or $7,900). Again, we recognise that many presentation needs are on tight deadlines so we will work hard to get things done from start to finish before you need it and with time to spare for you to rehearse things.
